If you Pre-Order a product from us and we lower the Pre-Order price; contact us and we'll refund the difference between your order and the current price! 

Please allow 2-3 business days after placing an order for processing time.  

Orders can be canceled before they ship and are subject to a 10% restocking fee, due to the fact that most products are ordered from our distributors once the order is placed on the website and payment processing fees that are not refundable to AllPokeTCG.

If any items are missing from your order, please send an email to thepokeplugllc@gmail.com along with photo evidence of both the outer box and the contents inside. Orders without evidence cannot be refunded. 

Ripped Plastic and Outer Box Damage: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if the outer plastic or packaging is torn, ripped, or damaged in any way. Please note that many products may have small imperfections right out of the sealed case. If the cards themselves are damaged, please contact us for assistance.

International buyers are responsible for all Customs, Duties, and Taxes charged by there country. We are unable to accepts returns based on these fees.
